I have been working in the lettings industry for 20 years now and have outsourced inventories and inspections with different companies over the years and non-compare to Stuart. His inventories are so detailed and consistent, nothing is missed. Stuart knows how we work and the condition we expect our properties to be handed over to tenants in, if he notices anything that he feels we need to be aware of he does, he also ensures we are fully compliant when it comes to the HHSRS guidelines.  Stuart also completes all of our mid-term inspections to ensure our properties are all kept to the standard they should be along with producing a detailed report.
